It's super important you know who holds your student loans, to verify who your loan holders are create an account at https://studentaid.gov/ (request access to your account holder details).
Contact your loan holder immediately to find out what services or programs you might qualify for especially with all current circumstances. (Deferment, Forbearance, Income Based Repayments (IBR), Pay As You Earn (PAYE) including Income-Contingent Repayment (ICR) and Revised Pay As You Earn (REPAYE) options.)
